And Repo Men isn't a rip off of The Genetic Opera, it's based on a novel that was written over a decade ago (just not published) called Repossession Mambo. Search your interwebs and you'll discover it's like the Deep Impact/Armageddon or Garden State/Low Cool thing where the movies are very similar on the paper but have nothing to do with the other's development.
